Is there a way to give 0 stars? I have the side of my hair shaved and the rest is all one length. (shoulder length) I decided to stop in one night on a whim, just to get my side shaved. Something I will regret for at least the next year. Christina, my stylist gouged my hairline and went up into my part by about an inch, not to mention my entire hairline is completely uneven!!! I have not cut or colored my hair for over a year, just letting it all grow out will take over a year. When I got home and ran my fingers through my hair, the hair that fell out literally filled my sink. The next day upon speaking to the manager I was given a free bottle of shampoo and conditioner. What an insult!!! I asked if I could speak to her manager and I have yet to hear from anybody. Its clear that customer service is not their thing! I put several phone calls in to the shop to follow up and Amber, who answered the phone is the most unprofessional loud mouth I have ever encountered. When Amber thought she put me on hold I heard her and Jackie both laughing about the situation in the background!!!!!! People like this give their place of business and our entire community a bad name!

Great hair cut every time an just a all around great experience

Stylist was a joke! Cut my hair and my sons in 12 min. My wife had to try and clean up the butcher cut we both just got. I guess she wanted to leave for the day and said heck with it! I will NEVER go back!!! Charged me $40.00 for garbage! I emailed company and have yet to hear back from them! I wanted to get reimbursed for the poor job they did! Do not EVER go here to get your haircut or you will regret it!
